Touchless attendance
Attendance is marked automatically as people pass a camera — no cards, no buttons.
Pre-register a face once. Your existing CCTV — or cameras we mount — then recognises people as they pass, logging entry, exit and time spent in each zone, and flagging whether they're allowed or restricted. No cards, no buttons, all in real time.
Overview
TimeChart Vision uses AI face recognition on live camera feeds to identify people the moment they pass by. Register each person's photo once, and cameras placed across your site — a school, college, office or complex — automatically capture who entered, who left, and how long they spent in each area, without anyone pressing a thing.
It does two jobs at once. As attendance, it marks people present the instant they arrive — ideal for students and staff. As security, it checks every person against who's allowed in each zone and flags anyone restricted, in real time. You get a complete, timestamped picture of movement across your premises.
How it works
No hardware for people to touch. Recognition and logging happen automatically as they move.
Add each person's photo to the system once — students, staff or employees.
Existing CCTV or mounted cameras cover the entrances and areas you choose.
As a person passes, Vision identifies them and records entry, exit and time in zone.
Vision checks access rights, logs attendance, and alerts or controls the door if needed.

Who it's for
From insight to action
Vision is built to do more than watch. It records and reports every movement, sends real-time alerts the moment a restricted person is detected, and can integrate with access control to open or lock a door or barrier automatically. Start with monitoring and add alerts and control as you need them.
A complete, timestamped log of entry, exit and time in every zone.
Instant notification when someone restricted is detected.
Trigger doors and barriers automatically on recognition.

Attendance and movement summaries are generated for you.
Face recognition processes sensitive biometric data, so Vision is built to be used responsibly. Faces are stored as encrypted templates with restricted access, and processing follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Institutions remain responsible for informing people — and, for children, their guardians — about what is captured and why, and for obtaining any required consent. See our Privacy Policy.
